About Synergy's Campuses

Synergy Academies' current and future college-prep campuses include:

  • Synergy Charter Academy - An award winning elementary school (grades K-5) open since 2004.
  • Synergy Kinetic Academy - A new middle school (grades 6-8) focused on math and science opening in 2008.
  • Synergy Quantum Academy - Synergy's future high school (grades 9-12) opening in 2011.

Synergy Charter Academy (elementary campus) opened on August 30, 2004 in South Los Angeles. We are leasing facilities from the St. Patrick Church, located at 1010 E. 34th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90011. It is located about a mile east of USC. Synergy Charter Academy, which is authorized by the Los Angeles Unified School District, serves 140 inner-city students in grades K-5 and will expand to serve 360 students. Synergy Charter Academy teaches a standards-based curriculum and focuses on implementing new approaches in instruction that can bring about positive changes in our urban schools. Synergy Kinetic Academy (middle school campus) will open in 2008 starting with grade 6. Grade 7 will be added on in 2009, and grade 8 will be added on in 2010. Synergy Kinetic Academy will teach a complete curriculum to 360 students that is focused on math, science, and technology.

Synergy Quantum Academy (high school campus) will open in 2011 and will serve a total of 480 students in grades 9-12. Synergy Quantum Academy's college-prep curriculum will also focus on math, science, and technology.
